Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tapiew at https://tapiew.com. By creating an account or using Tapiew, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tapiew helps local businesses request Google reviews after appointments, sync bookings from supported platforms (including Booksy and Fresha via Gmail), manage review settings, and view related analytics.

Features may change over time. Some capabilities depend on third-party services (Google, booking platforms, email/SMS providers, payment processors).

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at tapiewteam@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in Settings. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.

You agree not to:

• Use Tapiew unlawfully or to spam customers
• Misrepresent your business or request fake reviews
• Attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or abuse Tapiew APIs/integrations beyond permitted use

You are responsible for the content of review request messages you configure and for having a lawful basis to contact your customers (including consent where required for SMS or WhatsApp).

Connecting Gmail, Booksy, Fresha, Google Business links, Twilio, or other services is optional and subject to those providers’ terms. Tapiew is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties.

Tapiew and its branding, software, and content are owned by Tapiew or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data you upload or sync.

Tapiew is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a specific number of Google reviews, ranking outcomes, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapiew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid Tapiew in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using Tapiew at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
